What do I do if I lost my username or password?

Simply click the link that says "forgot your username or password" on the login page of your Simple Virtual Office.  Your username & password will be immediately sent to the email address you provided us when you signed up.

Can I use my own domain name?

With your Real Simple Investor Site, you will get to choose your own domain at EasyHomeHelp.net.  (For example: davegreen.easyhomehelp.net).

This domain and website is completely unique to you and your investing business.  All your buyers, sellers and deals you generate online are completely yours.

How do I change my contact information or picture?

Simply log into your Simple Virtual Office and click "Change My Banner".  You can enter any contact information or upload any photo you'd like to appear on your Real Simple Investor Site.

I am having a problem uploading my picture to my site.

The two most common problems are:

1. Not properly cropping your picture

Be sure when you upload your picture that you have "cropped" or cut-off the parts you don't want in the picture.  Otherwise, the picture may not appear the way you want.  You can crop your picture using any basic photo viewing software on your computer.

2.  Uploading a photo too big or too small

If your photo is too small, the quality may be poor when you upload it to your site.  You will need to choose a higher quality photo to improve the appearance.

If you attempt to upload a photo that is too large, it may cause an upload error as there is a size limit.  You must use your own photo editing software to reduce the size and try to upload again.  If still problematic, try using another picture.

How do I customize the text on my website?

Log into your Simple Virtual Office and click "customize my site".  It's that easy!

How do I add follow-up email messages to my autoresponder campaigns?
